Pre-paid shipping labels will be issued for returns in the event that there was an error on the part of Arbor Team. If you receive the incorrect product or the product was broken or defective, you have 3 days to contact Arbor Team and we will send you a pre-paid return label to ship it back. Upon receipt of merchandise, Arbor Team will ship out the correct product at no additional shipping cost. It is recommended that you inspect all packages before you sign for them, a damage claim from the shipping company must filed and investigated before the product can classified as damaged.
